Description: Threadweaver is a cog that allows users (above a specified role rank) to create temporary semi-private thread channels by reacting to messages with the 
emoji. Other users can join the thread by adding their reactions.
After a specified time (default: 1 Day) these thread channels are merged and consolidated into a thread_archive channel, where they won’t clutter up the side-bar for Admins or Users.
